ABOUT STEPH
Originally, Steph served as a social worker helping youth overcome trauma. That fundamental experience shaped her belief that every person deserves to be heard, seen, and truly respected.
Launching her barbering career in 2019, she spent vital years honing her artistry in a premier Fairfax shop before establishing Herr & Co. here in Manassas.
This studio was founded on the principle that a grooming session should transcend the service itself. It serves as a sanctuary to pause, share a laugh, or enjoy the silence, ultimately emerging as a better version of yourself.
Here, every client is valued and many become close friends.
Whether guided by local clippers or engaging thought, my mission remains constant: ensuring you feel fully human again.
